Use the platform for legitimate file work, follow the published rules, respect account and upload boundaries, and avoid behavior that could put other users, the service, or platform operations at risk.
These terms explain the basic conditions for using CloudPix, including public tools, hosted uploads, user accounts, and admin-managed features. The aim is to keep the platform useful for normal work while giving the operator room to protect the service from misuse.
Use the platform for legitimate file work, follow the published rules, respect account and upload boundaries, and avoid behavior that could put other users, the service, or platform operations at risk.
CloudPix may be used for legitimate image, document, data, upload, and delivery workflows that fit the platform’s intended purpose. Public tools are meant to make routine file work easier, while account features support hosted workflows, storage, sharing, and platform-managed access.
If you create or use an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, verification access, authentication codes, recovery options, and the activity performed through that account. Account details should be accurate and should not be used to impersonate another person or organization.
You agree not to use CloudPix to:
You remain responsible for the files, data, and other content you upload, process, or share through CloudPix. You should only use content that you are allowed to handle and deliver. The platform operator may remove, restrict, or review content where necessary for policy enforcement, abuse handling, legal compliance, or platform protection.
CloudPix includes admin-managed controls such as user access, public tool publication, storage limits, upload limits, security settings, monitoring, and audit visibility. Those controls exist to keep the service manageable and may be changed, tightened, or enforced when needed.
The platform may change over time. Tools, workflows, limits, interfaces, and security controls may be added, updated, restricted, or removed as CloudPix evolves. The operator may also pause parts of the service for maintenance, abuse response, security work, or operational changes.
To protect users and platform operations, CloudPix may apply verification steps, login controls, session controls, request limits, content checks, monitoring, audit logging, temporary restrictions, or account review workflows. These measures are intended to reduce misuse and protect the service, not to inconvenience normal users.
CloudPix may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where there is suspected abuse, policy violation, unauthorized access, harmful behavior, legal risk, or platform danger. The operator may also take steps to preserve evidence, protect other users, or maintain service integrity during review.
The CloudPix product, interface, branding, site content, and platform materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Using the platform does not transfer ownership of the service itself or any protected platform materials.
CloudPix is operated with the goal of being useful and dependable, but no public-facing software should be described as risk-free or interruption-free. Users should apply their own judgment, keep appropriate backups, and avoid relying on the service as the only copy or only control point for important material.
These terms may be updated when the platform changes, when new workflows are introduced, or when clearer rules become necessary for public use. Continued use of CloudPix after updated terms are published may be treated as acceptance of the revised terms.
This version gives CloudPix a practical public terms page now. Before a larger launch, it is still worth reviewing the wording against your hosting, billing, support model, regional legal requirements, and any business-specific content rules you want to enforce more explicitly.
